As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will play a key role driving increased productivity and effectiveness of the sales & marketing teams. You will proactively integrate our data insights and provide recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel. As an experienced PowerBI analyst, you will contribute first hand to the development, creation, and implementation of financial reports and planning processes integral to achieving the company strategy. If you are a team player who excels at turning detailed financial data into prominent insight dashboard for users across multiple different levels in the business, then we need you on our team.
Role & Obligations:
Plan and execute the tactical elements of sales & marketing to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: Divisional GTM, processes, methodologies, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, coverage model, territory design, and guide generation management
Lead the agenda and drive the regular divisional insight reviews and strategy meetings
Implement best practice in reporting
Working within Revenue Operations you will also work closely with the existing PowerBI team to ensure consistency of reporting
Reinforce best in class pipeline hygiene and feedback on operational changes where needed
Champion and assist the roll out of sales enablement tools, reporting automation and empowering leaders to self-serve
Expert level Power BI, both front end and back end. With experience implementing dashboards.
Having the ability to communicate excellently with stakeholders.
5+ years relevant experience across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Finance
Able to form strong working relationships across matrix team structure
Expert level Power BI
Strong Reasoning skills and Data skills with the ability surface actionable trends
Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders
Management of multiple priorities and able to perform effectively under pressure
Influencing others with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Reasoning skills and a structured approach to solving business problems
Appreciation of best practice Sales & Marketing metrics
Deep knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM Platform and Expert proficiency in Excel
