Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement health and safety programs

· Provide emergency treatment in the workplace

· Administer over-the-counter medication to employees

· Promote healthy eating and wellness by conducting health seminars for employees

· Document injuries and illnesses

· Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks

· Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input

· Communicate with the Facilities and HR Manager on a regular basis

· Act as the main POC for PEME endorsement and validation

· Lead annual physical examinations and random drug testing

· Administer first aid treatments and provide medications

· Assist all injured employees and take them to the nearest hospital if needed.

· Maintain employees’ medical records

· Ensure that sick employees submit a fit-to-work certificate upon returning to the office

· Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates submitted by employees

· Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with OHNAP certificate

• Must be a Filipino Registered Nurse

• At least one year of experience in the same role

• Flexible and open-minded to changes and business decisions

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement

• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift schedule
