Requirement:

1. Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual reports
2. Create Functional & Departmental Dashboards (Operations)
3. Good Hands-On Experience on MS Suite including Excel and PPTs (additional knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Visio desirable)
4. Extraction raw data from various Internal & External Portals and Internal Teams, data crunching and converting it into useful information / inputs for decision making
5. Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
6. Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
7. Provide recommendations and Market Analysis for Management Decision Making
8. Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
9. Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
10. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
11. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
12. Good understanding of RCM, Medical Coding and Billing departments
