Talent Acquisition Executive Job Description and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human resource management, psychology, or any related course
- At least 2 years’ experience handling end-to-end recruitment
- Must have experience in hiring healthcare professionals
- Recruitment background from a BPO/call center is required
- Preferably has a healthcare background
- Working knowledge in managing HR management system, applicant tracker system (ATS), social networking sites, online job boards, recruitment database, and other recruitment tools and applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
- Energetic and enthusiastic; good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
- Flexible and open-minded to various changes and business decisions
- Works with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Ortigas in an onsite work arrangement
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
