Job Description: Front/Back Revcycle Tech Leader
Experience: 10-15 Yrs.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished AVP Engineering with 12–15 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms. This role demands a strong blend of solution architecture expertise, product engineering leadership, and modern cloud-native development practices.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise workflow applications, strong technical leadership across microservices and cloud ecosystems, and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Leadership & Team Building
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing product engineering organization
- Establish a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach developers and engineering managers on best practices, architecture, and coding standards
2. Architecture & Technical Strategy
- Define and drive solution architecture across all product lines
- Lead architecture decisions for microservices-based systems and distributed applications
- Ensure alignment with DevOps / DevSecOps best practices
3. Product Delivery & Execution
- Partner with Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality products on time
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: design → development → deployment → scaling
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with Product Management, AI/ML teams, Engineering, and CPTO leadership
- Translate business vision into technical execution strategies
- Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple teams
5. Governance, Quality & Reporting
- Establish frameworks for code quality, performance, and security
- Conduct regular architecture reviews, code reviews, and system audits
- Track and report engineering metrics, delivery progress, and system health
Required Experience & Qualifications
Core Experience
- 15–18 years of experience in software engineering and product development
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture for Enterprise Workflow Applications
- Healthcare domain experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience working in Product Companies / SaaS environments
- Proven experience in full-stack development
Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Microservices Architecture & Distributed Systems
- API-first design and integration patterns
- Deep understanding of:
- DevOps / DevSecOps practices
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Microservices deployment methodologies
Technology Stack
Application & Platform Layer
- Backend: .NET Core or Python
- Database: PostgreSQL or data warehouse
- Architecture: Microservices, APIs
Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)
- Core Services: AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, etc.)
- Data Lake: Amazon S3-based Data Lake architecture
- Data Warehouse (DWH): Amazon Redshift
- Query & Analytics: Amazon Athena
- Data Integration: AWS-native or third-party ETL/ELT tools
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong people leadership and team-building capabilities

- Highly skilled in review, monitoring, and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems
- Exposure to AI/ML-integrated platforms
- Experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS architectures
