Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the Senior Revenue Analysis will be responsible for daily accounts receivable tasks, performing a variety of accounting functions, such as billings and collections. This role will interface with other functional areas of the organization including Sales Ops Deal Desk, Sales and Legal.

What you will be responsible for:

• Assist in monthly accounting close activities including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations as necessary.
• Partner with Sales Ops Deal Desk team to resolve all quotes to cash inquiries and consistently maintain the daily bookings activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders throughout the organization to support in an efficient manner (Sales, Legal, Sales Ops Deal Deak, and FP&A).
• Participate in monthly meetings with CFO and Controller to review and discuss collections activities.
• Providing weekly cash forecast to our Controller
• Responsible for all Billings and Collections Process
  • Maintain and process cash receipts on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and maintain the billing operations and dunning process.
  • Monitor and maintain customer portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc…)
  • Consistently stay on track with collection efforts and escalate when needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, researching and resolving issues while providing necessary documents.
  • Research, review, and obtain approval for write-offs, ensuring compliance with Veracode policies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
