As the Vice President of Marketing for Global Demand Programs & Operations, you will play a critical role in driving integrated marketing campaigns and digital programs to enhance awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and drive revenue growth You will lead a team responsible for transforming and orchestrating end-to-end Account-based demand generation initiatives, leveraging various marketing channels, and optimizing processes to meet business objectives. Your key cross functional collaborators will be the VP of Product Marketing, the VP of Regional and Community Marketing as well as GTM Operations, Business Insights, Business Applications and the Executive Leadership team: CRO, CFO.

What you will be responsible for:

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Define strategies for Awareness, Land, Expand, and Enablement across the customer journey.

Web Strategy and Management: Oversee web strategy, design, and management for optimal user experience. Drive SEO initiatives and manage landing page optimization for higher conversion rates.

Paid Media Strategy, Planning and Execution: Develop and implement paid media strategies for targeted engagement and conversions. Execute paid media campaigns across channels to achieve marketing goals.

Marketing Analytics: Utilize analytics to assess campaign, content and tactic performance and implement full-funnel insights and lead quarterly report-outs to executive team and marketing.

Marketing Operations: Develop and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. Define and implement MarTech strategies for marketing initiatives. Establish and enhance demand generation processes for pipeline creation and conversion. Implement effective account and lead management processes. Act as champion for agile marketing methodologies.

Creative Services: Provide direction to the Creative Services team for visually compelling marketing materials. Uphold brand guidelines and collaborate for alignment with overall brand strategy. Work closely with teams to understand design objectives and provide scalable creative support.

Email Marketing & Sequence Planning: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Create effective email sequences aligned with buyer journeys.

BDRs (Business Development Representatives): Collaborate with BDR teams for effective lead generation and qualification. Provide support and guidance for BDR initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ Years of digital and demand marketing leadership
    • Proven experience in B2B account-based demand generation and global marketing
    • Strong leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics. Experience with 6Sense, Marketo a plus.
    • Experience in Agile marketing methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
