As Senior Marketing Programs Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for driving performance and optimization across EMEA regional marketing programs, raising Veracode brand equity and driving growth through pipeline and opportunity creation. The right candidate will apply their passion for data and intent-led marketing to elevate execution and return on investment, working seamlessly with the EMEA regional marketing team, business development, sales and central marketing teams to deliver effective and efficient marketing programs that align with our business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work in partnership with EMEA go-to-market (GTM) leaders to ensure regional marketing alignment and integration into GTM territory teams and strategy.
• Collaborate with operations teams to embed the ideal customer profile (ICP) into EMEA territory teams, for effective account prioritization. Analyze ICP effectiveness and areas for optimization.
• Work with product, campaigns and digital marketing on utilization of buyer intent and insights in EMEA regional campaigns targeting, messaging and outreach; aligning messaging to buying stages across ICP target accounts.
• Partner with PR, customer advocacy and social media teams to develop and amplify media coverage, customer stories and owned activities, elevating the Veracode brand across the EMEA region.
• Identify and execute against opportunities to drive performance excellence; enhancing and introducing processes to increase return on investment.
• Track, analyze and report on the performance of regional marketing programs, communicating program effectiveness to regional and marketing stakeholders. Applying data to guide future strategy and decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful international marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
