The Senior Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships will be responsible for developing and managing Veracode’s global partner ecosystem. This role is critical in driving growth through strategic alliances, enhancing market presence, and fostering collaborative opportunities.

Key Aspects of the Role:

· Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Veracode’s growth and revenue goals. This includes identifying potential new partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships.

· Ecosystem Growth Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to expand Veracode’s market presence through ecosystem partnerships, focusing on maximizing growth potential and market coverage.

· Alliance Program Management: Oversee the design and management of partner programs, ensuring they provide value to Veracode and its partners. Regularly evaluate and update these programs to maintain their effectiveness and relevance.

· Performance Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for alliance and strategic partnerships. Regularly analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and success.

· Training and Enablement: Develop and implement training programs for partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively position, sell, and support Veracode’s products and services.

· Global Partnership Expansion: Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand partnerships into new geographical markets, adapting strategies to local market conditions.

· Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies. Utilize this information to inform and enhance partnership strategies.

· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, customer success, and corporate strategy and development, to ensure alignment and maximize the value of partnerships.

What you’ll need:

· Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or related fields within the technology or cybersecurity sector.

· Leadership: Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including current trends, challenges, and key players.

· Commercial Partnerships: Proficiency in and past experience with a wide range of commercial partnership, joint development, and similar agreements as well as economic models such as reseller, revenue sharing, and OEM agreements.

· Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

· Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
