Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this individual will serve as a key strategic thought partner to GTM executive leaders, driving organizational and talent management strategies to achieve business results. The People Success Business Partner will lead initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and leadership excellence aligning people strategies with the business objectives of our rapidly scaling GTM functions, enabling the teams to reach revenue goals and drive customer impact. This role requires a dynamic blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational execution to drive both high-level decision-making and day-to-day management. This individual will provide leadership coaching across all levels of management for the GTM teams.

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership focused on a transformational talent agenda designed to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • Leverage data and People Success analytics to assess trends, forecast workforce needs, and influence strategic decision-making for GTM teams.
  • Drive performance management best practices to ensure that talent is enabled to be successful in their roles.
  • Provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development and change management initiatives in support of key business strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations teams to ensure the talent plan is tightly aligned to the revenue plan.
  • Provide regular guidance to managers and leaders with respect to employee attraction, development, employee relations and retention issues which may include performance management, leadership coaching, career pathing, and compensation.
  • As a part of the People Success leadership team, collaborate on the design, plan and execution of the People Success agenda.
  • Be attuned to the pulse of the employee population, advise on engagement and employee morale, potential performance level impacts and change management efforts.
  • Bring awareness of competitive environments and market trends to inspire progressive initiatives.

What you’ll need:

  • 10 + years of experience as a strategic Business Partner in a consultative role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience supporting GTM teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience leading managing/developing a direct team
  • Strong business acumen: knowledge of business strategy, key financial and business drivers.
  • Able to link People initiatives to business needs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with solid track record of driving and implementing People initiatives independently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven results orientation, creative problem-solving, high-quality decision making. Strong mind-set for continuous improvement to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and mediation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and US legislation including employee relations
