Description
About Us
Aerodrome Management Services (AMS) provides specialist aviation and operational support services to aerodrome owners and operators across Australia. Our teams work in safety-critical environments delivering practical, reliable solutions across operations, maintenance, compliance and technical services.
We’re looking for a high-potential Graduate Analyst to join our team based in head office Perth, Western Australia — someone curious, analytical and ready to make an impact from day one. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, contributing to meaningful projects that influence how our business performs, evolves and grows.
About the Role
As a Graduate Analyst at AMS, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, strategy and operations, applying analytical rigour to real business challenges. You’ll be involved in translating high-level strategic priorities into practical initiatives, supporting projects that improve performance, strengthen customer and partner outcomes, and drive innovation across the organisation.
A core part of the role is working with data to create clarity. You’ll develop dashboards, track key performance indicators and analyse trends to identify risks and opportunities. More importantly, you’ll turn those insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making at an executive level.
You’ll also play a key role in improving how we use our systems, particularly our CRM. This will involve engaging with users across the business to understand their needs, refining workflows and data quality, and supporting the rollout of improvements that make systems more effective and user-friendly. Along the way, you’ll help deliver training and guidance to ensure strong adoption and long-term value.
In addition, you’ll gain exposure to commercial strategy, supporting pricing initiatives through market analysis, customer insights and the development of data-driven models. Your work will contribute directly to how we position our services and deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.
About You
You’re a recent graduate (or close to completing your degree) with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and improve. You’re comfortable working with data, enjoy solving problems and can communicate your thinking clearly, even when dealing with complex information.
You take pride in your attention to detail, but you also understand the bigger picture. You’re organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’re eager to learn — open to feedback, willing to ask questions and motivated to build your capability quickly.
Experience with tools like Excel and Power BI will be looked upon favourably, and any exposure to CRM systems or data management will also be viewed favourably, though not essential.
Why AMS?
At AMS, you’ll be part of a business that plays a critical role in Australia’s aviation industry, particularly across regional and remote communities. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, working on projects that have real impact rather than theoretical outcomes.
We offer a highly collaborative environment where you’ll have direct access to senior leaders, giving you a rare opportunity to learn how strategic decisions are made and implemented. Over the course of the graduateship, you’ll build not only your technical and analytical skills, but also your commercial awareness, professional confidence and ability to influence outcomes.
Why Join AMS
- Learn and grow from industry leading professionals
- Varied, hands-on role with real ownership and impact
- Supportive team environment
