The Opportunity
The Property and Infrastructure department advises on an extensive and diverse property portfolio on behalf of the Archdiocese. This role will provide crucial administration support to the Director of Property & Infrastructure along with the wider property team.
This dynamic position will have the opportunity to take ownership of key administrative tasks support property management processes and contribute to various real estate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Administrative & Office Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including diary management, preparing correspondence, minute-taking, and managing incoming calls.
- Database Management: You will be the administrative custodian of data base management, assisting with property records using the Greentree CRM system, ensuring information across the CAM property portfolio is accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Lease Administration: You will assist with residential the administration lease agreements and renewals.
- Documentation & Property Management: You will provide assistance in drafting briefing notes, memos, and manage key property documentation, including bank guarantees, power of Attorney documents, title searches, rate exemptions, and document registers.
- Policy & Reporting: You will help update department policies, guidelines, and circulars, and coordinate reports for executive and board meetings.
About you
- You pride yourself on your strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail.
- You have excellent organisational abilities and are confident working with CRM systems.
- You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- You have experience in the property industry or real estate services, showcasing your familiarity with the field
- You take pride in your integrity, honesty, and confidentiality, and have an awareness and appreciation for Catholic Social Teaching.
- National Police record and Working with Children Checks (essential)
