Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Property Management Assistant to join our team in Toongabbie, New South Wales. This entry-level position is essential for supporting the daily operations of our property management services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our properties, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of property listings and tenant inquiries.
- Coordinate property viewings and inspections for prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and lease agreements.
- Support the property management team in administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Respond to tenant requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of property maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors.
- Help organise and attend property inspections and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in property management or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s licence is desirable.
