While our manufacturing facility is regionally based in Ballarat, candidates do not need to be located locally.

We’re seeking a Blinds Sales Manager to deliver outstanding service to our wholesale customers across Regional Victoria, while proactively identifying new opportunities and strengthening long-term partnerships.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll spend most of your time on the road engaging with customers, providing expert product advice, and expanding our market presence.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in achieving revenue targets, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and upholding Bartlett Blinds’ strong reputation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale customers
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Travel regularly throughout Regional Victoria to meet clients
  • Provide expert product advice and tailored solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and promote new offerings
  • Manage customer accounts end-to-end
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline and customer database
  • Prepare monthly forecasts, reports, and contribute to budgeting
  • Assist with warranty inspections and provide solutions
  • Support sales administration including enquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams across production and marketing

About You

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-focused role (Blinds Industry preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office & ERP systems)
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

  • Experience in blinds, awnings, or a related industry
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Epicor)
  • Sales or business-related qualifications
