Monarch Mental Health Group (MMHG) is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinic team, primarily working as a Next Step Medication Clinician (Esketamine Clinician). This role will provide casual coverage across our Melbourne CBD and Glen Waverley Esketamine clinics, supporting patients receiving advanced treatments for treatment-resistant depression and other complex mental health conditions.

Key Role Responsibilities:

The role involves administering Next Step Medication (Esketamine) therapy within a structured outpatient treatment model.

The clinician will monitor patients during treatment sessions, ensuring patient safety and providing clinical support as required.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, completing case notes and patient progress records, and monitoring treatment response including psychometric measures.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Experience in mental health is desirable, although not essential, and an interest in innovative treatments such as Esketamine and rTMS is highly valued.
The role requires the ability to work with individuals presenting with complex mental health conditions and to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues and referring doctors.
