About the Role
The Louise is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
Working across both Appellation Restaurant and Contour, you will support service on the floor and behind the bar, creating warm, personalised guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service across both venues
- Providing wine service and guest recommendations
- Supporting service both on the floor and behind the bar
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Creating a warm, engaging and professional guest experience
This is a part-time role, offering approximately 25 hours per week.
About You
You are a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys delivering memorable guest experiences in a premium dining environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a similar food and beverage role
- Confidence in section waiting and wine service
- A strong interest in food, wine and hospitality
- Knowledge of South Australian wines (advantageous)
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
