ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join Drive Group Dandenong. In this role, you will be responsible for the completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate authorisation for all work undertaken and that quality requirements are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry.
Attention to detail, with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with Insurers, customers, and team members.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and achieve service outcomes.
Strong systems experience and competent computer skills.
Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices.
Drivers Licence.
Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
