How you can play a part
The Marketing Campaign Executive is a key contributor to driving demand and revenue for all internal Brisbane Broncos departments including membership, game day ticketing, hospitality, merchandise and events. The role is responsible for delivering engaging and effective campaigns across traditional and digital media assets. Specifically, you will be required to:
- Conceptualise and execute creative omni-channel campaigns that drive revenue
- Create EDM communications and customer journeys that connect the Club with our fans and members
- Design segmented, data-driven email journeys incorporating landing pages
- Work with the design team to bring campaigns to life, ensuring briefs are comprehensive and appropriate to the audience and medium
- Liaise with external agencies to plan and schedule bookings across multiple sites/properties to achieve revenue objectives of each department within budget allocations
- Create and deliver paid social media and search engine marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance across platforms and make refinements accordingly
- Collate and report on key marketing campaign activity to the broader Club

To be considered
To be considered for this opportunity you will have
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or business
- Experience in a marketing executive role, ideally in a sports environment
- Technical proficiency with the following: website CMS; marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot); Google analytics; work management platforms (e.g. Asana); and social media advertising platforms
- Demonstrated success in planning, delivering, tracking and reporting integrated campaigns that increase awareness, leads and conversions
- Demonstrated experience delivering effective marketing programs within budget, on schedule, in scope and aligned to business strategies
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Functional understanding of HTML/CSS coding
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
