Male Support Worker – Narrabeen

Are you a reliable, hands-on support worker who thrives in overnight care environments? The Co-Group are seeking two dedicated Male Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role This position involves primarily overnight and sleepover shifts, supporting a client in their home. You will play a key role in ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, while contributing to a clean and well-managed household environment.

What you’ll do Complete all tasks relevant to support work, including meal preparation, domestic assistance, and client transport Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible Provide direct support in a 1:1 capacity in accordance with the individual’s care plan and PBSP Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts, and incident reports Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Access to a comprehensively insured car with 5 seats
• NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
• Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques
