General Manager Supply Chain – APAC
Full time | Permanent | Global Supply Chain
Hewitt is seeking a strategic supply chain leader to drive end-to-end performance across APAC region. Based in our Brisbane office, you’ll lead logistics, planning, and inventory to deliver efficient, reliable outcomes. A critical leadership role with visible impact on performance and growth.
About the Role
The GM Supply Chain – APAC is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain execution across APAC. This role ensures cost-effective, reliable, and compliant delivery of products to customers while maintaining strong operational discipline. You will oversee logistics, planning, inventory, and supplier performance, driving operational excellence today while strengthening future capability.
Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing, you will drive performance outcomes while strengthening supplier relationships and managing risk across a complex regional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the APAC region
- Oversee freight, logistics, planning, and inventory management
- Drive cost control, DIFOT performance, and inventory integrity
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and risk
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver aligned business outcomes
About You
You are a senior supply chain leader with deep expertise across logistics, planning, and operations within complex environments. You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate plans into measurable outcomes.
With a focus on cost, service, and risk, you are comfortable leading through complexity while building capability across teams and systems. You lead with clarity and accountability, influencing stakeholders and driving performance across geographically dispersed teams.
You Will Bring
- Extensive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
- Expertise across freight, planning, inventory and logistics execution
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with focus on cost and service
- Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
