The Role: Speech Pathologist (Mobile – Western Sydney)
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work out in the community, no clinic walls, no two days the same. Supporting a diverse range of clients to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language & swallowing disorders.
- Delivering tailored therapy across: Speech & Language, Fluency & voice, & Literacy
- Supporting clients with complex needs (disability, developmental conditions, injury recovery)
- Designing and running individual & group therapy programs
- Collaborating with families, carers, educators & other professionals
- Being part of a tight-knit multidisciplinary team that actually supports each other

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t have to tick every box, but here’s what helps:
Speech Pathology degree
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willing to get them)
Driver’s licence & Car
Strong communication skills (you connect easily with clients & teammates)
A team player who can also work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
