We are currently seeking exceptional casual Educators to join the team at our Early Childhood service in Surfers Paradise, QLD!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Inclusive of others, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Motivated to build respectful and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community while maintaining professional boundaries
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence for children and willingness to grow with the service
- Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Open to our unique and innovative approach to programming and practice
- Shows an interest in understanding and exploring the RIE approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications are encouraged (at your own cost).
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Blue Card
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including safeguarding responsibilities
- Available for casual work across service operational days and hours (Mon-Fri, 7am – 6pm), ideally 3-5 days per week, with flexibility as required
- Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, working across multiple age groups
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care – must be actively working towards Diploma or willing to sign up and complete
- Current Food Safety training (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (completed prior to first working shift)
- Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided (completed prior to first working shift).
