We are seeking a motivated and versatile Casual Front Office All-Rounder to join our team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, working across multiple functions including Reception, Porterage, Telephone Operations, and Night Audit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them feel welcome, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their stay runs smoothly. Your attention to detail, friendly approach, and ability to multitask will help create memorable experiences and maintain our high standards of service from check-in to check-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional guest service across all Front Office functions
  • Complete guest check-in and check-out processes, including payments and account finalisation
  • Maintain accurate guest folios and post charges in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries via phone, in person, and messaging platforms
  • Assist with reservations and coordinate guest requests with relevant departments
  • Provide porter services including luggage assistance, room escorts, and amenity deliveries
  • Maintain presentation of the lobby, entrance, and driveway while managing guest flow
  • Complete night audit duties when required including reporting, reconciliation, and daily balancing
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed in line with company standards
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
