National Account Manager – Chemist Warehouse (CWH)
Description
National Account Manager
We’ve entered a new chapter post transformation. We are now solely a sales and marketing led organisation in the Healthy and Beauty industry and we’re looking for a strong and dynamic National Account Manager – Chemist Warehouse (CWH) to help shape our next phase with clarity, purpose, and impact.
About McPherson’s Consumer Products
McPherson’s is a leading supplier of health and beauty products across Australasia, with iconic brands like Manicare, Lady Jayne, Dr. LeWinn’s, Swisspers, and Fusion. We’re committed to nurturing confident, healthy, and sustainable lifestyles, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive, innovative, and growth-focused culture.
Where You Will Work
You’ll be based in either our new Sydney CBD head office or our Melbourne (Chadstone) office. This head office relocation reflects the evolution of our business – modern, collaborative, and designed to bring our teams closer together.
The Opportunity
As one of two National Account Managers supporting the CWH partnership, you’ll take category level ownership within this priority customer. Working closely with the Head of National Accounts, you’ll shape and execute the plans for your categories, balancing strategic clarity with hands-on commercial excellence.
Your work will contribute directly to a business focused on intentional growth: backing the right plays, simplifying where it matters, and ensuring our brands show up strongly every day.
What You’ll Lead
- Category level ownership within the CWH portfolio, including planning, promotional execution, and customer engagement for your assigned categories.
- Contribution to the broader CWH customer strategy, ensuring your categories are aligned to shared commercial priorities.
- Delivery of revenue, margin, and share outcomes for your categories.
- Forecasting accuracy and demand planning inputs to support smarter, data-driven decisions across the CWH business.
- Cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Category, Supply, Finance and Field Sales to drive seamless execution.
- Insight led recommendations that elevate performance at category level and strengthen our partnership with CWH.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing major accounts, ideally CWH or similar pharmacy/grocery environments.
- Strong commerciality and the ability to think beyond the transaction to long-term value creation.
- Curiosity, analytical strength, and comfort using insights to guide decisions.
- A collaborative approach that builds trust, supports collective outcomes, and strengthens internal alignment.
- A grounded, human communication style, able to simplify complexity and engage stakeholders with clarity.
- A mindset consistent with our values: courage in ambiguity, focus on what matters, a commitment to learning, and a belief that we go further together.
Why This Role Matters
This is more than account management. It’s an opportunity to:
- Shape how our brands win on shelf and online.
- Strengthen one of our most strategically important partnerships.
- Influence how we work – faster, smarter, and with clear purpose.
- Help build a business grounded in great people, strong brands, and meaningful customer relationships.
If you’re energised by an exciting commercial challenge, motivated by meaningful impact, and ready to help write our next chapter – we’d love to hear from you.
