About the Role

As the Full-Time Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Northbridge boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation

– Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.

– Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.

– Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique’s presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship

– Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.

– Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

– Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.

– Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
