About the role As our Senior Customer Support Consultant, you’ll lead our call centre intake function, ensuring every family receives a timely, high-quality and compassionate experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance managing enquiries with coaching and developing a high-performing team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day call centre performance and responsiveness
- Driving strong enquiry-to-booking conversion rates
- Coaching and developing Customer Support team members
- Ensuring a consistent, empathetic customer experience
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and operational discipline
About you:
- 3–5 years experience in customer service, call centre or intake roles
- Proven ability to meet targets and drive performance
- Experience leading or coaching team members
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for making a difference in children’s lives
