About You:
- 7 years (minimum) of IT industry experience;
- 2 years (minimum) of leadership experience in IT support or a relevant Cyber Security leadership role.
About the Role:
- Ability to manage our Cyber Response, Cyber Defence, Network Security, and Cyber Vulnerability teams, while building out our Cyber Advisory team and supporting Team Leaders as a point of escalation;
- Joining our Senior Leadership Team, you will help steer the organisation’s financial direction and champion value-led services that enhance performance and long-term growth;
- Adhering to company KPIs and championing our ‘one team’ approach to ensure consistent operations across every team;
- Generating revenue to support the growth of the business through sales activities and workshops;
- Assisting the CTO with product selection and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key cyber security applications;
- Advise customers on best-practice cybersecurity controls, governance, and risk mitigation to support secure operations;
- Monitor the evolving threat landscape and cybersecurity developments to anticipate risk and strengthen customer protection.
