We are now looking for a Senior People Partner to take ownership of the Nordics and who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.
You will be the trusted partner to leaders who are technical, fast-moving and commercially driven - operating in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We are looking for a self-going People Partner who sits in the room when organisational decisions get made, challenges the thinking, and then carries it through to execution.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
Partnering leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and capability building
Leading complex employee relations cases across Nordics, including union and works council dialogue
Driving restructuring, scaling and post-acquisition people integration
Coaching managers through performance, leadership and difficult conversations — raising the bar on how they lead
Owning compensation cycles, talent reviews and succession planning in your area
Translating Nordic labor law and collective agreements into practical decisions leaders can act on
Being a part of shaping Volue's People agenda, not just delivering it — you will help build what comes next
What you need to succeed:
8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership
Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change
Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, ideally across more than one country, plus experience with unions and collective agreements
Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
Experience in tech, engineering environments is a strong advantage
