Job Description

What you will do?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: From sourcing to the offer stage, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process with diligent attention to detail.
  • Proactive hiring strategy: Instead of reacting to needs, you'll proactively build the Eurowag Group employer brand within target groups, utilizing a long-term strategic approach and fostering community engagement.
  • Building Partnerships: Gain trust and establish partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, serving not only as a talent deliverer but also as an advisor and strategic partner.
  • Systematic Approach: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data, reports, and information, recognizing that effective measurement is crucial for our informed decision-making.
  • Translate our vision and culture to our future employees via desired experience, processes, channels, and providers used.
  • Improve brand awareness by cooperating with universities & organizations, mapping target communities, effective concept of career days (internal, external) and internship programs, participation in conferences, networking events, better usage of brand channels (LI, FB, EW career page)
  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidates (e.g. Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising, active search LI, Boolean, Stack, FB, etc) as well as third-party agencies when required.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
  • Coach and train hiring managers and other team members on following our TA process.
  • Managing the recruitment via our ATS System to ensure data integrity at all times
  • Be part of several ongoing TA projects.

Your Experience And Strengths

  • Strong English and Polish communication skills are essential.
  • You feel confident and experienced in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • You can communicate effectively with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and leadership, fostering collaborative relationships at every level.
  • You can work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities, driving results with initiative and accountability.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in the Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter role
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Native Polish Language
