Job Description

Main purpose of the Retention Sales Specialist is to retain our core customer base. Outbound calls and inbound calls from current customers to help retain Eurowag´s customers and cross-sell with other products or services. Deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products and services, customer care etc.

Position Summary

  • Work as a team with local sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships existing customers in target region.
  • Meet and exceed retention sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasion.
  • Optimize opportunities for cross selling/upselling activities EW products and services.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about EW products and services.
  • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
  • Provide details of your performance against KPIs and personal achievements to managers.
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience to customers.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of EW products and services.

  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position 1-2 years is an advantage
  • Fluent Bulgarian, good command of English
  • Knowledge of working on a PC (MS office)
  • Ability to work with IT systems like CRM
