Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with diverse data sets to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and implement machine learning solutions that will shape the future of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Statistical Analysis: Applying statistical methods and hypothesis testing to identify correlations, causations, and significant insights in the data.
• Machine Learning: Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to make predictions, classifications, or recommendations based on the data.
• Model Evaluation and Validation: Assessing the performance of machine learning models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, F1-score, etc.
• Data Visualization: Creating visual representations of data analysis results using charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Data Collection: Gathering of structured and unstructured data from various sources such as databases, APIs, and data streams.
• Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Cleaning, filtering, and organizing the data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and relevance for analysis.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Exploring and visualizing the data to understand patterns, trends, and relationships among variables.
• Feature Engineering: Selecting or engineering relevant features from the data to improve the performance of machine learning models.
• Deployment and Integration: Deploying machine learning models into production systems and integrating them with existing software or applications.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Keeping abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and continuously refining techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working on similar position.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in Python programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of database systems and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
