Job Description

• Administration of marcom invoices, contact person for accounting dept.
• Responsibility for Marketing department documents management
• Procurement process - management of suppliers, and agencies
• Travel and expense management (using Sap Concur system)
• Responsible for internal e-shop with merchandising items (items selection, orders administration, budget maintenance, technical issues solving, etc)
• Support in executing clients’ offline, online, and client portal communications campaigns.
• Processing of campaigns for clients within CRM
• Event organization support, help with coordination and production
• Responsibility for management, execution, and production of POS materials (stickers, leaflets, brochures, etc)
• Cooperation with the graphic designers and copywriters
• Close cooperation with VP of Marketing, Head of Marketing, and Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• 1+ years of working experience (advantage in marketing)
• Passion for marketing and a can-do attitude is a must
• Experience with working in a small team across a variety of different projects is a strong advantage
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Experience managing accounting processes and CRM tools
• Ability to negotiate independently across the company
• Time management and meeting deadlines are a must
• Detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Solution Excellent command of English and Czech or Slovak languages is essential for this job (Company language is English), major stakeholders are Czech/Slovak Speaking.
• Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish, German or Spanish are nice to have
