Job Description

Position Summary: As a Telesales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a remote sales team, motivating team members, and ensuring sales targets are met. You will be responsible for the development and training of the team, reporting results, and managing sales campaigns. Your actions will directly impact the success of our organization.

What we expect from you:

  • Manage a remote sales team (7-10 people) primarily through phone and email communication.
  • Motivate, evaluate, and train the team, conduct coaching sessions, recruit new team members, and collaborate with other departments within the company.
  • Report sales results to managers
  • Manage sales campaigns, including acquiring new clients and developing the portfolio of existing clients.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees and develop the sales, product, and process skills of the team.
  • Utilize technologies and tools such as CRM, PowerBI, and call center systems.


Education and Experience:

  • Higher education or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in telesales or team management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Goal-oriented with strong leadership skills.
  • Analytical thinking and report creation skills – intermediate to advanced level of Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales techniques.
  • English language certification is a plus.
