Job Description

We are looking for a MONEY COLLECTION Coordinator to join our mission for a fixed term of 1 year, with possibility of extension to indefinite term contract!

YOU WILL:

• Manage customers' late payments within a dedicated portfolio
• Handle blocking and unblocking of customer accounts due to overdue/overlimit situations
• Monitor and manage customers' available credit limits, primarily based on incoming payments
• Approve manual transactions for customers with overdue/overlimit statuses
• Execute complete blocking of customers (contract termination, late payments)
• Manage over and underpayments, and regularly reconcile accounts
• Maintain receivables inventory
• Maintain regular communication with ASMs, OSMs, Credit Risk analysts, and Late collection teams
• Resolve customer billing issues, conduct balance crosschecking, and manage VAT amounts
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines related to position activities
• Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure effective money collection processes

Qualifications

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

• Bachelor’s Degree Diploma is an advantage
• Experience on similar position is an advantage
• Experience in the fuel card industry an advantage
• Bulgarian native speaker and English is a must
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Active and effective approach to complex problem resolution
