About the Role:
We are looking for a highly structured and self-driven Business Developer with a strong command of English and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a disciplined approach to business development, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to drive business growth effectively. This role combines strategic planning with the ability to communicate and sell our solutions to potential clients.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Planning:
- Systematically identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets.
- Develop and implement structured plans for market entry and expansion.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Develop detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead structured sales processes, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a systematic approach to follow-ups and client relationship management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and manage a client database with a structured approach to client outreach and retention.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement structured processes for feedback and improvement.
- Strategic Execution:
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve business development practices.
- Maintain detailed records of business development activities and outcomes.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare structured reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the management team in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required C1
- Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
