The Supply Chain Manager assumes a strategic and transformative role, tasked with architecting and operationalizing a cohesive, analytically rigorous, and future-ready supply chain for all toll and telematics-related hardware across Eurowag (EW). The designated appointee is specifically accountable for the end-to-end management of telematics hardware - including but not limited to tolling devices (e.g., EVA), onboard units (OBUs), tablets, different sensors, fuel level sensors, etc. - which includes strategic procurement, supplier relationship governance, stochastic demand forecasting, inventory control optimization, reverse logistics design, Third-Party Logistics coordination, and establishment and running of a proper S&OP process across multiple departments. The role requires multi-stakeholder collaboration extending across commercial, technical, product, and operational domains across diverse geographical and organizational contexts. The successful candidate will demonstrate the intellectual and managerial acuity to elevate legacy practices through the deployment of advanced planning frameworks, robust ERP ecosystems, and data-centric performance monitoring mechanisms.

o Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations-preferably within the telematics, IoT, or electronics manufacturing sectors.

o Demonstrated expertise in ERP ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics/NAVISION, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and supply chain digitization initiatives.

o High-level competence in forecasting methodologies, inventory planning theories (e.g., EOQ, DUS, MOQ), and stochastic simulations.

o Proven proficiency in supplier negotiation, risk mitigation, and logistics process redesign.

o Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL); experience with predictive modeling tools is advantageous.

o Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

o Demonstrated capacity to lead cross-border, multifunctional teams within matrixed structures.

o Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional Central or Eastern European languages is highly desirable.

o Strategic Procurement and Supplier Governance

§ Formulate and institutionalize supplier acquisition protocols for hardware and component acquisition across EW’s corporate structure and the operational setup following acquisitions.

§ Negotiate and formalize strategic supplier agreements that optimize cost-efficiency, delivery predictability, and contractual compliance. § Establish procurement policy harmonization across entities (e.g., WebEye, INELO, CVS) to ensure procedural and strategic alignment with group objectives.

o Demand Forecasting, Predictive Planning and S&OP

§ Integrated Forecasting Models: Develop advanced demand forecasting models using machine learning and statistical techniques (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing, regression analysis), trained on inputs such as historical usage data, sales pipeline conversion rates, CRM activity, seasonality trends, promotional calendars, and external economic indicators.

§ Forecast Governance: Institutionalize a formal forecasting cadence (monthly/quarterly) with clear ownership across functions (Sales, Product, Operations), incorporating feedback loops and variance analysis to refine predictive accuracy over time.

§ Scenario and Contingency Planning: Build scenario-based planning capabilities to simulate supply chain impact under different demand and supply scenarios (e.g., supply chain disruption, unexpected regulatory shifts, or macroeconomic volatility).

§ Cross-Functional S&OP Process: Orchestrate a structured S&OP process with defined inputs, outputs, and RACI ownership — facilitating alignment among Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations on volume commitments, financial projections, inventory targets, and fulfillment strategies.

§ Systems Integration: Leverage ERP and demand planning platforms to integrate real-time data feeds from CRM, inventory management, procurement, and sales order systems. Ensure master data consistency and data-driven decision-making. o Inventory Systems Architecture and Optimization

§ Lead the consolidation and digitization of inventory data across all legal entities via ERP integration.

§ Institutionalize KPIs such as Days Until Stockout (DUS), stock turnover ratio, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) thresholds.

§ Balance capital allocation with service level goals by minimizing working capital tied up in excess inventory. § Collaborate closely with Finance and Audit to ensure GAAP-compliant valuation, traceability, and audit readiness of warehouse assets.

o Logistics Engineering and Fulfillment Architecture

§ Optimize relationships with third-party logistics providers (e.g. UPS) to ensure pan-European coverage and fulfillment of SLA obligations.

§ Oversee the operationalization of handling failed deliveries and returning incorrectly routed shipments. § Establish standardized operating procedures for all warehouse lifecycle stages, including inbound, quality control, stock rotation, and dispatch.

§ Ensure logistics infrastructure and documentation withstand the evaluation of internal controls and external audits. o Reverse Logistics and Asset Refurbishment

§ Design and manage return-and-reuse logistics flows and refurbishment programs for returned and end-of-life devices.

§ Develop governance protocols and accountability matrices for internal service centers and third-party repair contractors.

§ Define quality assurance benchmarks for refurbished inventory suitable for reuse in the field.

o Operational Standardization and Digital Systems Enablement

§ Coordinate the unification of supply chain processes across acquired companies.

§ Drive ERP and inventory system deployments with a focus on real-time traceability, Bill of Materials (BOM) integration, and order lifecycle transparency.

§ Collaborate with Technology and Finance teams to enable end-to-end digital traceability of stock and component flow.

o Organizational Structuring and Talent Stewardship

§ Conduct strategic capability mapping of legacy and acquired supply chain personnel.

§ Define organizational blueprints including functional leadership roles.

§ Promote a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, and interdepartmental synergy.

o Analytics-Driven Reporting and Performance Oversight

§ Architect and operationalize business intelligence dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.

§ Govern performance through evidence-based KPIs, including: · Inventory Turnover Ratio · On-Time Supplier Fulfillment Index · Forecast Accuracy Deviation · Order-to-Delivery Cycle Time · Refurbishment Success Rate

§ Prepare executive-level performance reviews and diagnostic insights for senior leadership.
