The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for acquisition of new customers, maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities and supporting the sales of Eurowag products and services through phone and online channels. The role plays a key part in increasing cross-selling and upselling activities, maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Required qualification & skills

  • B2B sales experience, experience in the fuel card or telematics sector is an advantage.

  • Fluent Hungarian and communicative English.

  • Confident use of MS Office programs.

  • Systematic approach and precise administration.

  • Excellent customer relations skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Results-oriented and proactive attitude.

  • Able to work both in a team and independently.

  • Open to new technologies and processes.

  • Independence, self-assertiveness, and structured thinking.


Job responsibilities
  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the EW product and service portfolio.

  • Providing customers with accurate information about EW products and services.

  • Accurately updating the CRM system and documenting customer interactions.

  • Preparing and presenting offers tailored to customer needs.

  • Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Achieve sales targets and report regularly to the Inside Sales Team Leader.
