We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In this position you will work with internal teams and support them in managing agenda related to vendor contracts, their renewals, administration related to deliveries (purchase orders, invoices, acceptance protocols, etc.). · High school diploma or university education
· Proven practice for a similar position would be a nice-to-have
· We welcome background in financial field
· Practical experience with administration of contracts, orders, protocols, invoices
· Fluent English; other languages are an advantage
· Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
· Experience with working in international / multicultural environments is a plus · Manage agenda of COUPA (cloud-based purchasing tool)
· Manage agenda of project/product purchase orders in COUPA
· Manage contract lifecycle incl. maintaining centralized documentation (SharePoint etc.)
· Other tasks based on procurement manager requirements
· General duty - follow company internal regulation
