We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing fuel supply and transport contracts while ensuring efficient logistics operations. You will also manage supplier evaluation, market analysis, and cost optimization.

• Fuel Procurement:
  • Source and negotiate fuel supply contracts with local and international suppliers
  • Monitor fuel market trends, price fluctuations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fuel suppliers and distributors
  • Evaluate supplier performance
  • Optimize procurement strategies to achieve cost savings while ensuring supply security
• Logistics Coordination:
  • Oversee fuel transportation, storage, and distribution to ensure efficient delivery
  • Manage fuel inventory levels and forecast supply needs to prevent shortages
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and environmental regulations
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Prepare reports on fuel prices, market conditions, and supplier performance
  • Assist in budgeting and cost analysis related to fuel procurement and logistics

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in fuel procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
• Knowledge of fuel markets, pricing mechanisms
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
