  • Experience in Telesales or similar customer service/sales role
  • Medium level of English (conversational)
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services, specifications, and benefits
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Create and develop cooperation with customers in order to increase volumes and profitability in accordance with the current plan
  • Develop good relations with customers on the basis of detailed knowledge of products, suggested services, and the needs of customers
  • Dedicate priority focus on new acquisition
  • Prepare offers for potential customers and try to suggest new solutions
  • Develop and improve sales skills and share „best practice“ in the local and international sales team
  • Continuously watch the news on the market and the competition´s activities in the given customer segment
  • Give suggestions for improvement of services for clients
