Required / Desired qualifications
- Experience in sales service and communication with customers is essential
- Supervisor or team leading experience is plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- A results-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Main position responsibilities and objectives
- Manage and improve Inside Sales team performance, improves quality of the team results by recommending changes.
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
- Anticipate escalation and take over customer calls when needed
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual results and performance reports
- Conducting regular team meetings and follow up on team KPIs update
- Communication with EUROWAG customers (telephone, email)
- TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities, reporting
- Daktela– reporting, feedback to individual coordinators, follow-ups
- Contract registration, inspection and archiving of documents
- Keep management informed on issues and problems, work closely with them to prioritize on business and information needs
People Management
- Leading a team of high-performingprofessionals
- Ensure that the right person is in right job, poor performers addressed quickly in respective teams
- Motivating and developing the commercial team and the wider organization in data-driven & fact-based decision-makingincl. indirect team
- All employees have clear direction, accountability and measurable objectives(based on department/function objectives) which are reviewed and assessed on minimum quarterly bases
- Coach and develop team members to build on strengths is your standard management routine, share best practice, enabled upskilling and helped to build expertise in the team
- Inspire the team and build “get things done fast, right and customer focused”
- Be a role model for fulfilling our values and an active supporter of the company culture, indirect team or in front of the customer, whether internal or external
- Active cooperation with other departments within Commercial Division and beyond
- Self & team development in full compliance with internal standards, controls, policies, processes and local legislation
- Ensure team adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures and compliance with set rules and workflows, including attendance control.
