- Native Lithuanian speaker
- Proficient level of English
- Sales Savvy: You’ve got the experience and know how to close deals.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You’re not afraid to chase down leads, build relationships, and turn prospects into loyal clients.
- Team Player: Collaboration is your middle name. You’ll be working closely with our dynamic crew to achieve greatness.
- Experience in the fuel cards or telematics industry is an advantage
- Experience in B2B sales of a minimum 5 years
- Optimize opportunities for cross-selling/upselling activities EW products and services
- Provide customers with correct and appropriate resolutions to their inquiries and questions
- Follow up with potential or existing customers promptly
- Document the outcome of each customer interaction following departmental and company procedures and policy
- Update and maintain the CRM to a high degree of accuracy
- Liaise effectively with all departments within EW to ensure that the needs of customers are met
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience to potential and existing customers
- Manage other administrative support - preparing contracts, declarations, and all other necessary documents, research, reporting, and data collection
