We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to support the Head of Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in CRM reporting, marketing performance analysis, lead generation and management, maintaining the overall marketing master plan, and managing the rolling forecast for the marketing budget. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with marketing teams and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a highly organized and structured manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or marketing analytics.

- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, strong aptitude for data, numbers, and metrics.

- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of lead management and scoring processes.

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of CRM reports related to marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead management.

- Support lead generation efforts by tracking, managing, and reporting on leads in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate data entry and lead qualification processes.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance.

- Maintain and update the overall marketing master plan to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

- Help in forecasting and managing the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and predicting future spend.

- Support the implementation of automation and process improvements within marketing operations.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and other marketing tools.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.

- Organize and structure marketing activities, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment.
