As a Junior Tax Refund Coordinator you will provide support to EW clients in area of tax refund and carry out the related document processing activity. Work as a team with sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned region in the area of tax refund area.

• Degree in economics or finance/equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Previous credit or financial experience is an advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Communicative English language skills, additional languages are an advantage.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Customer-focused mindset and precision.

• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Management requests submitted through the ticketing system:

  • Pick up, check and solve requests from customers/internal departments and answering by email.

• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the client's registration for the purpose of VAT refund:

  • Statement 150

  • Draft POA for submitting the ANAF

  • Representation POA for VAT refunds in other Member States

• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the registration of the client for the purpose of refund of excise duties and of the documentation for the recovery of excise duties in other Member States.

• External invoices and receipt

• Keeping records in dedicated reports (external invoices, VAT / excise registration documentation, etc.)

• Registering and updating vehicles in Aequitas (AEQ)

• Mail management
