What you will do?

Outbound calls and inbound calls from potential and current customers, qualifying new leads, and referring qualified leads to the local sales team. Drive the onboarding process for new customers till first transaction and provide support during the complete customer lifecycle.
  • Work as a team with local sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in target region.
  • Optimise opportunities for cross selling/upselling activities EW products and services.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about EW products and services.
  • Provide customers with correct and appropriate resolutions to their enquiries and questions.
  • Follow up with potential or existing customers in a timely manner.
  • Correctly identify the needs of customers when qualifying them.
  • Follow up with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads referred to them have been contacted and sales opportunities have been maximised.
  • Document the outcome of each customer interaction in accordance with departmental and company procedures and policy.
  • Update and maintain the CRM to a high degree of accuracy and with minimal errors.
  • Liaise effectively with all departments within EW to ensure that the needs of customers are met.
  • Provide details of your performance against KPIs and personal achievements to managers.
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience to potential and existing customers.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of EW products and services.
  • Other administrative support - preparing contracts, declarations and all other necessary documents, research, reporting and data collection
  • Active cooperation within department and beyond
  • Ensure delivery of assigned tasks in requested time, scope, quality and budget dimensions
  • Be a role model for fulfilling our values and an active supporter of the company culture, in your team or in front of the customer, whether internal or external
  • Self-development in full compliance with internal standards, controls, policies, processes and local legislation
  • Responsibility with the companies’ representation and attestation rules according to the assignment
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position 1-2 years is an advantage
  • English at intermediate level
  • Knowledge of working on a PC (MS office)
  • Ability to perform in multicultural and fast changing environment
