Customer Care Coordinator

· Very good communication skills
· High level of customer orientation
· Communicative knowledge of English
· Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)
· Experience with CRM will be an advantage
· Communication with EUROWAG customers
· Customer service on the telephone line
· E-mail communication with customers · Replenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer data
· Submitting applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systems
· TMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activities
· Development of the product and services associated with it
· Document archiving
· Administrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)
· Performs other tasks assigned to their direct superiors
· Gives incentives to improve the quality of services for clients
· Immediately communicates information about possible impending problems
· Participates in education and personnel development within his job title according to the instructions of the company management.
· Is continuously educated and obtains the latest information within his field and to the extent of the work performed.
· Performs other work, according to the instructions of his superior, to which he is eligible on the basis of his qualifications.
