HR Manager / HR Business Partner
CFO Function & HR | CZ/SK + UK scope
At Eurowag, HR is not an administrative layer. It is a strategic lever.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HRBP to partner closely with our CFO function and our own HR team. Yes — HR for HR. Which means high expectations, high transparency, and zero hiding behind process.
On top of that, this role will also carry responsibility for our UK population, so practical knowledge of UK labour law and ER processes is essential.
This is a role for someone who enjoys complexity, influence, and real business impact.
Strategic Business Partnering
· Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO function and HR leadership (excluding ExCo)
· Ensure HR strategy is tightly linked to business strategy (FTE planning, org design, structure evolution)
· Translate business needs into people solutions that are pragmatic and scalable
· Drive organization development and support transformation initiatives
HR for HR
Supporting the HR function means:
· Challenging us when we drift from our own standards
· Ensuring performance management, succession, and talent processes are lived — not just documented
· Being a sounding board for senior HR leaders
· Raising the bar on what “good” looks like

UK Scope
· Own HR agenda for the UK population
· Advise managers on UK labour law and employee relations matters
· Ensure compliance and smooth handling of organizational changes in line with local legislation
Change & Transformation
· Act as a change agent within assigned functions
· Partner with leaders on restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural shifts
· Drive adoption of HR tools and processes
· Ensure strong execution of engagement survey, performance cycles, and succession planning
Talent & Leadership
· Challenge and calibrate performance ratings
· Lead succession planning discussions
· Support leadership development in cooperation with Talent
· Work closely with TA to secure strong pipelines and smart hiring decisions
Operational Excellence
· Ensure HR KPIs are delivered
· Implement COE methodologies effectively
· Guarantee audit readiness and policy compliance
· Provide accurate reporting and data-driven insights
· Continuously look for ways to streamline and reduce manual work
We are looking for a strong HR professional who:
· Has 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in a true HRBP / generalist role
· Has experience with transformation and change management
· Understands UK labour law and employee relations
· Is fluent in English and native in Czech or Slovak
· Is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
