We are looking for an IT Applications Administrator to take ownership of the administration and continuous improvement of our portfolio of business and enterprise applications used across the company. In this role, you will ensure our applications are reliable, secure, well-configured, and fully aligned with business processes.


You will provide deep, hands-on administration for some platforms, while taking lighter operational ownership of others, with the application mix evolving over time. Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) is currently a key platform in scope, alongside a range of other common SaaS and internal applications supporting IT, R&D, HR, Customer Care, Finance, and Operations.

  • Proven experience owning and administering multiple business or enterprise applications in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on administrative experience with Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud preferred)
  • Ability to independently take ownership of new applications and bring them into a stable, governed state
  • Solid understanding of service-oriented processes and ITSM principles
  • Strong grasp of access control, role design, and permission models
  • Analytical, structured mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable application configurations
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Own the administration and operational stability of a portfolio of business applications across the company
  • Act as technical owner for assigned applications, including configuration, access management, and documentation
  • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and aligned with internal standards and business processes
  • Administer Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) as a major platform:
configure workflows, issue types, permissions, automations, and service project
maintain reporting, dashboards, and basic platform governance
  • Support and gradually take ownership of additional SaaS and enterprise applications beyond Atlassian
  • Onboard new applications into the environment and assume operational responsibility
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations
  • Manage users, roles, and permissions in line with SSO, identity, and security policies
  • Identify access, configuration, or process risks and support audits or reviews when required
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date application documentation, standards, and operating procedures
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and vendors to resolve issues and implement changes
