We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. In this position you will work with internal teams and support them in managing agenda related to vendor contracts, their renewals, administration related to deliveries (purchase orders, invoices, acceptance protocols, etc.). · High school diploma or university education
· Proven practice for a similar position would be a nice-to-have
· We welcome background in financial field
· Practical experience with administration of contracts, orders, protocols, invoices
· Fluent English; native or fluent Polish; other languages are an advantage
· Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
· Experience with working in international / multicultural environments is a plus · Manage agenda of COUPA (cloud-based purchasing tool)
· Manage agenda of project/product purchase orders in COUPA
· Manage contract lifecycle incl. maintaining centralized documentation (SharePoint etc.)
· Other tasks based on procurement manager requirements
· General duty - follow company internal regulation
