As an Installation Organizer Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating technical activities, tracking progress within internal systems and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and support departments. As an Installation Organizer Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating technical activities, tracking progress within internal systems and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and support departments. You will work in a dynamic environment where accuracy, proactiveness, and the ability to prioritize are crucial.
- Plan and organize installation tasks assigned by the Installation Team Lead .
- Coordinate workflows and ensure the correct allocation of tasks to technicians.
- Monitor material requirements and collaborate with the Logistics department.
- Track deadlines within internal IT systems and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage technical documentation and support the company’s quality standards.
- Contribute actively to complaint investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Secondary education completed.
- English on communicative level is mandatory, knowledge of Hungarian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks, stress and unexpected situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good digital literacy (Word, Excel, internal systems).
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
